Mariana M. Toplek-Swartz, O.D.
Dr. Toplek-Swartz is a 1994 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Youngstown State University in 1990. She is originally from Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Mariana has been in private practice optometry in Bellefontaine since 1994. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and Ohio Optometric Association. Locally, Dr. Mariana serves as a member of the YMCA Board, is Treasurer of Northeastern PTO, is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Bellefontaine, and enjoys friendship in the Bellefontaine Sorority Club. She enjoys teaching eye safety to elementary students at local health fairs, and also participates in the Realeyes classroom program to educate our youth about vision and eyehealth. Dr. Mariana enjoys family time with daughter Mackenzie, who has very quickly learned to cheer on the Buckeyes.

Brent P. Swartz, O.D.
Dr. Brent P. Swartz is a 1994 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Optometry. He completed his undergraduate studies at Bowling Green State University. He is originally from Perrysburg, Ohio. Dr. Brent has been in private practice optometry since 1994. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and Ohio Optometric Association. Locally, Dr. Brent is a member of the Bellefontaine Rotary Club, where he serves as a board member and scholarship chairman. He enjoys teaching eye safety to elementary students at local health fairs, and also participates in the Realeyes classroom program to educate our youth about vision and eyehealth. Dr. Brent also enjoys fellowship in the Bellefontaine Symposiarchs. In his spare time, you'll find Dr. Brent hunting, cheering for the Buckeyes, and spending time with his family.

Amber is an optometric office assistant. She helps in all areas of the office, including pre-testing, office duties, frame selection, adjustment, and repair. Amber is a cheerful and energetic member of our staff who will make sure all your needs are met.

Susie is an optometric office assistant. She will take your phonecalls with unmatched warmth and professionalism. She will greet you in the same manner when you arrive in our office. Susie performs office duties, and also helps with patient pre-testing.
